City Hall Tuckpointing

The City of Kirksville will accept sealed bids for CITY HALL TUCKPOINTING (201 S. FRANKLIN ST.) PROJECT NO. M-26-002 at the office of the City Clerk, 201 S. Franklin St, Kirksville, Missouri 63501-3580, until 3:00 pm, Thursday, April 30, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be plainly marked in the lower left corner of the envelope: Sealed Bid: City Hall Tuckpointing. Copies of the Contract Documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from the City of Kirksville Community & Economic Development Department, Codes & Planning Division, by email to sray@kirksville.gov.

Bid will be awarded based on the best interests and value to the City.

The City of Kirksville reserves the right to refuse any bid for any sound, documented reason. No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the day of opening bids. The City of Kirksville does not discriminate in its decision on basis of age, ancestry, color, disability, gender, gender identity, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, or on any other basis that would be in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law.
