2024 City Hall Refresh

This project shall be conducted in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents, all of which may be obtained as per section A-2 of this Notice Inviting Bids.    A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for November 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m at City Hall, 300 First Street, Woodland, CA.   The project consists of the following to be completed at City Hall between December 24, 2024 and January 1, 2025:

• Wallpaper removal in multiple rooms
• Wood paneling removal in multiple rooms
• Wall repair, texture, and paint walls and ceilings in multiple areas
• Remove lighting and fixtures and replace with new lights and switches (material provided by the city)
• Remove carpet, prep floors and lay down new carpet in multiple areas (including stairs)
• Remove small wall separating coffee area in the second-floor conference room
• Replace counter, cabinets, and sink in coffee area in the second-floor conference room
• Job professionally cleaned when completed

The City’s estimated cost of the improvements for base bid only is $120,000 to $140,000.

The successful bidder must possess a current, valid Class B, General Contractor’s License issued by the State of California.
