Union City desires to replace the existing UPS. Including its power distribution, battery, and UPS components. The air conditioning units for the server room also need to be replaced. All of these systems are currently working but have reached end of life.  The City also wants to take this opportunity to check the size of the battery backup system and the size of the air conditioning system. Accounting for the current load and future needs.
