Sealed proposals for the CITY HALL PHASE II INTERIOR RENOVATION, in the City of Merriam, Kansas will be received from qualified bidders by the City of Merriam, Kansas at 9001 W 62nd Street, Merriam, Kansas 66202 until the above time at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened. All contractors who plan to submit a proposal on the project are requested to attend.

All proposals shall be made on a printed proposal form included in a bound Project Manual containing the specifications for the Work and shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the City of Merriam, Kansas and marked “CITY HALL PHASE II INTERIOR RENOVATION.”

The project is generally described to include but not limited to: the removal and replacement of (3) reception counters and associated glazing, installation of new signage, installation of overhead coiling door, and the removal and replacement of casework and finishes in select areas of the First Floor of City Hall in the City of Merriam.
