CITY HALL PARKING LOT SEALCOATING AND STRIPING

BID SPECIFICATIONS

Awards will be made to the best responsible bidder as determined by the City of Ringgold. The quality of the articles to be supplied, their conformity with the specifications, their suitability to requirements, experience and delivery terms shall be taken into consideration.

The City may consider Award of the Contract to other than the low Bidder.
A successful bidder will provide all materials and installation for this project. The location of City Hall is 150 Tennessee Street, Ringgold, GA. An onsite visit is recommended ¿ contact Mark Vaughn- 706-935-3061.
The City of Ringgold hereby solicits and requests sealed bids for materials and installation/repair of dormers and railings at Ringgold City Hall.
Required Repair/Installation Scope:
1.        Clean lot of all loose surface debris with industrial walk behind blowers
2.        Hand clean any remaining dirt spots with steel wire brooms.
3.        Treat all major oil spots prior to sealcoating.
4.        Apply Crack Seal to all needed cracks, excluding alligator cracks.
5.        Install trim areas by hand to avoid overspray
6.        Apply two coats of pavement sealer applied to manufactures specifications and continuously stirred during application to ensure even distribution.
7.        Apply Parking Stripes as currently configured utilizing Hotline Traffic Marking paint by Sherwin Williams.
STANDARD

STANDARD WARRANTY ON ALL WORK:
A.        Contractor shall issue a one-year no chip no flake warranty against defects in installed materials and workmanship.
B.        No dollar limitation on any of the above warranties.

PROPOSAL
We have examined the specifications and agree to furnish the City of Ringgold one complete City Hall Dormers and Railing package accordingly. Any deviations from the specifications will be marked exception on the bid sheet.
