City Hall Painting Services

The purpose of this project is to improve the overall appearance and atmosphere of City Hall, creating a more welcoming environment for staff, residents, and visitors. To protect the building’s surfaces from wear and tear, including damage caused by weather, aging, and general use. To reflect a sense of renewal and pride by maintaining the City's public spaces.

The City Administration want to maintain an aesthetically pleasing and safe public places for City residents, personnel, and visitors. Several offices and public spaces within City Hall require painting. The office and public space dimensions vary. The Scope of Service will be for ten locations that are on the ground level, 1st floor, and 2nd floor of City Hall.
