INTENT

T o furnish all material and labor to replace the domestic galvanized pipe with copper pipe at City Hall, 241 W. South Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49007 per drawing.

SCOPE OF WORK

Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to perform the City Hall Galvanized Pipe Replacement project. This includes, but is not limited to, removal of old galvanized pipe, installation of new copper pipe, and fittings at City Hall, 241 W. South Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49007 per specifications & plans/drawings:

Work shall start within 30 working days after receipt of notification by Contractor of Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within 180 working days thereafter.
