Description:

The City of San Luis requests sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and tools and performing all services required for the City Hall East Wing Remodel Project.

The project consists of remodeling approximately 2,700 sq. ft. of the interior. Improvements include demolition of existing interior walls, adding new interior walls, new ceiling, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC ductwork, painting, restroom addition, and the addition of a storage room. Project is to tentatively start on April 21, and finish no later than June 30th, 2025.
