CHURCH STREET TENNIS CT Parking Lot

The Town of Moreland is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors for repaving of the Church Street Tennis Court Parking Lot including milling, deep patching and resurfacing.

Separate sealed Bids for CHURCH STREET TENNIS CT Parking Lot will be accepted by the Town Engineer, Town of Moreland, Town Hall located at 7 Main Street, Moreland, Georgia 30259, on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.  Proposals may be mailed to the Town of Moreland addressed to Brennan Jones, P.E., Town Engineer at Town of Moreland, 7 Main Street, Moreland, Georgia 30259.  Any bid that is received by mail or delivery after the appointed date and time will not be considered.

All bids received by the Town of Moreland may not be withdrawn by the Contractor and will be effective for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening.  Bidders are required to submit a Bid Bond or Certified Check to the Town of Moreland in the amount of 5% of the Bid amount.  The project will not require a Performance or Payment Bond.

Bids are to be made on the Bid Form included with the request for bids document, and enclosed in an envelope, which is plainly marked to indicate that it contains a bid for the referenced project.

The Town of Moreland reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities, technicalities, and informalities.

The work, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsive and responsible qualified Contractor that submits the lowest bid amount for the work.
