Qualifications:

All bids must be signed and submitted in a sealed envelope and shall state on the lower left corner of the envelope, “City Crop Lease Section 11-T110N-R49W (Wiese Addition).” Any bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. No bids may be withdrawn after the date and time set for the opening of bids.

Miscellaneous:

Action on the bid award will occur within 30 days of the bid opening. The City of Brookings reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.

One contract will be awarded for this project, which will be for crop operations for 2026. The bidder
may have the option to renew this Lease for one (1) additional, one (1) year term (2027).
The undersigned has checked carefully all above figures, and understands that the City of Brookings,
South Dakota, will not be responsible for any errors or omissions on the part of the undersigned in making
up this bid.
Unless otherwise required by law, the undersigned agrees that the City Council, City of Brookings, South
Dakota, has the right to hold all bids received for a period of thirty (30) days after date of opening thereof.
