The City of Aurora is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids for the renovation of approximately 2,600 square feet of interior office space at 51 E Galena Boulevard, to be converted into an Occupational Health Clinic.
There will be no late admissions. If the bidder is not present at the start of the meeting, they will not be allowed to participate in the solicitation
Bidders must have attended either the October 21, 2025 OR the October 29, 2025 Pre-Proposal
Meeting to participate in the solicitation.
