CITY ATTORNEY SERVICES. The City of Hinckley is seeking proposals from qualified attorneys or law firms experienced in municipal law to provide City Attorney legal services. Services include legal counsel to the City Council and staff, attendance at meetings, ordinance and contract review, planning and zoning matters, economic development, code enforcement, and other municipal legal services.
