City Attorney's Wage Theft Grant Program Audit FY 24-25

This Task Order Solicitation is issued by the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney under the authority of the Office of the City Controller’s master agreements for as-needed audit, review, and consulting services. The provision of services under this Task Order is governed by the terms and conditions of the Contract issued under Audit Review Consulting and Related Services RFQ RAMP ID# 215657.

The Contractor will be expected to:
●        Collect all relevant grant-related fiscal documentation from the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney
●        Review provided documentation to verify grant funds were used according to the awarded and approved grant application submitted to the California Department of Industrial Relations
●        Provide the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney the opportunity to answer any follow-up questions that may arise during the selected Contractor’s audit
●        Provide the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney with a draft report of the results of the independent audit
●        Review and choose to accept any feedback from the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney on the draft report of the results of the independent audit
●        Provide a final report of the independent audit and submit to the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney
