City Asphalt Rejuvenator 2025

The City of Greenville is soliciting sealed and competitive bids from qualified contractors for the 2025 Pavement Preservation Program. The work under this contract will consist of performing street maintenance on various streets throughout the City for the purpose of maintaining the integrity and usability of the road and prolonging the useable life of the road. The scope of work for the project will consist of traffic control, mobilization, and an application of a rejuvenator to the road surface.

A road list is attached in the site-specific requirements section of the special provisions, but the City of Greenville reserves the right to add or delete street sections from this list as necessary.

The scope of services is outlined more clearly in the construction specifications, special provisions, and schedule of values included herewith and/or herein. The project will be administered and managed by the City of Greenville. The contractor chosen to complete the work will be responsible for providing all materials and labor needed to complete the job. It is the contractor’s responsibility to visit the site and review all construction plans. The project does not include any federal funding and federal requirements do not apply.

Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, March 6, 2025.  The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., February 27, 2025.
