Scope of Services
All prime contractors must hold a Citrus County School Board Certificate of Pre-qualification to bid on Citrus County School Board construction projects. Prime contractors must be pre-qualified by the Citrus County School Board prior to submitting a bid. Prime contractor’s bids must be within the bid limits specified on their pre-qualification certificate. For contractor pre-qualification information call the Citrus County School Board Facilities and Construction Department at 352/726-1931, ext. 2208. Bidders may obtain a maximum of two (2) sets of Contract Documents from BCER Engineering Inc., 1901 Ulmerton Rd. Suite 625-033; Clearwater, FL 33762, 863-272-2600, attention Julio Orbegoso) upon deposit of a check made payable to the Citrus County School Board in the amount of ($20) per set. A refund of this deposit will be made upon the return of these Documents in satisfactory condition within ten (10) days after the opening of Bids. Bidders may also obtain one (1) copy of the Contract Documents on usb drive for ten dollars and no cents ($10.00) made payable to (BCER Engineering Inc., 1901 Ulmerton Rd. Suite 625-033; Clearwater, FL 33762, 863-272-2600). Bidders may also view and/or download the Contract Documents as Adobe.pdf files through the internet for free by contacting (BCER Engineering Inc., 1901 Ulmerton Rd. Suite 625-033; Clearwater, FL 33762, 863-272-2600).
