As part of its digital transformation, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is modernizing its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems with Oracle Fusion, replacing the existing legacy on-premises PeopleSoft systems, and associated customized financial modules, with more efficient and advanced solutions. It is also adding Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Fusion Data Intelligence Platform (FDIP). As part of this effort, WMATA is seeking a management solution for grants and project costing to transform specific finance operations and fully integrate with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, EPM, EDM and FDIP. The proposed software is expected to fulfill the functionality of Oracle¿s Fusion¿s Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Grants Management which shall provide additional capability to meet WMATA¿s requirements. It must be an integrated solution to support WMATA¿s management of projects and grants including associated accounting and reporting requirements.
