The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid are to select suppliers to provide and deliver requested Cisco equipment to the Telecommunications department and to secure firm, fixed pricing for the contract period as specified herein. Bidders must provide pricing for the the Cisco part numbers listed herein only. No substitutions or alternative manufacturers will be accepted. Do not include any other support services in your bid. Note: Only the part numbers listed in the pricing proposal should be quoted. No additional accessories, services, or other types of support should be included.
