CIS Software and Implementation Services

The City of Idaho Falls invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified firms interested in providing an CIS Software and Implementation Services.

Please utilize BidNet for all questions regarding this RFP and do not reach out to Idaho Falls employees while this RFP is active.  Contact with any Idaho Falls employees will be grounds for disqualification.

Proposals shall be received no later than 3:00 P.M. MDT, Thursday, August 6, 2026. Submittals received after that time will not be considered.

This Request for Proposals is issued pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2806A and applicable City of Idaho Falls procurement policies. Award will be made to the proposer whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the City, considering price and all evaluation factors. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal determined to be non-responsive or submitted by a proposer determined to be non-responsible. Any protest shall be filed in writing with the Procurement Department within seven (7) calendar days following the Notice of Intent to Award. The City reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time prior to award if it is determined to be in the City's best interest.
