Description

This action is to establish a contract for the acquisition of the Circuit Card Assemblies, NSNs 5998-01-087-7775, 5998-01-072-2441,and 5998-01-072-2412.



The DLA/AWB Contracting Office intends to award a single definitive contract for thefor the manufacture of the Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) and Electronics Component Assembly that are subcomponents for the ECS tester. The quantity is 9. This sole source effort will be IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Howell Instruments Inc (CAGE: 98869), which maintains its configuration by part number and software version. The Government does not own any data, drawings, schematics, or any other releasable technical data in support of this requirement.
