Project Description: Murray City is requesting proposals from qualified audiovisual contractors and cinema equipment specialists to provide and install a 4K RGB cinema projector system meeting or exceeding the specifications in this RFP.
Specifications reference the Christie CP4415-RGB cinema projector as the standard of quality. Vendors may propose the Christie CP4415-RGB or an approved equal that meets or exceeds all technical, performance, and compatibility requirements described in this RFP.
The system must integrate with the theater’s existing infrastructure, meet projection throw requirements, and support current control systems. Proposals must be complete and ready for formal bid prior to August 19, 2025, at 3:00 pm MST.
The project involves procurement, installation, and commissioning of a DCI-compliant 4K cinema projection system with RGB laser illumination technology. The project must be completed by October 1, 2025.
