Cincinnati Streetcar Internal Safety Review 2025

Project Description: The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, (hereinafter referred as “City”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (hereinafter "RFP") pursuant to the provisions of the Cincinnati Municipal Code (CMC), Chapter 321 and City Manager Administrative Regulation 23 for Professional Services, from parties, (hereinafter "Offerors). The Offeror shall provide the Department of Transportation & Engineering with a vendor to perform an Internal Safety Review (ISR) for the Cincinnati Streetcar to support the Streetcar’s Agency Safety Plan (ASP). The ISR must cover all 12 elements of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Safety Management System (SMS) which is a framework to identify, assess, and manage safety risks. The Contractor must have a member who holds a Public Transportation Safety Certification Training Plan (PTSCTP) certificate from the FTA.
