Bid Description:
The purpose of this study is to determine the logistics, obstacles, costs, benefits, and disadvantages of removing the Cilley Hill Dam in Jericho, Vermont.

Special Instructions:
NOTE: Not all adjacent landowners are supportive of dam removal. Site visits made in preparing proposals to this RFP should take care to respect private property.
