CARRIER NETWORK
Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is hereby contacting qualified vendors to supply CIENA
hardware/software support services for NTUA Carrier Network:
* To solicit competitive bids for the procurement of CIENA equipment HW/SW, to
support core and backbone network infrastructure.
Instructions and Scope of Work can be obtained from Andrea Hale, Contract Agent by email at
andreah@ntua.com or at the NTUA Purchasing Department, North Navajo Route 12, Fort
Defiance, Arizona.
The bid response shall be submitted in a PDF attachment clearly marked "DO NOT OPEN - 2026
CIENA - 3YR. HW/SW SUPPORT SERVICES" and received by April 24, 2026 @ 5:00 p.m.
(DST).
