The project includes providing all labor, equipment and materials to complete the installation of
131 LF of 18" RCP pipe, 4 Type "M" inlets, 1 concrete end wall, and associated incidental work.

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in an amount not less than ten
percent (10%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the
InstructionstoBidders.Nobidmaybewithdrawnfortheperiodofdaysstatedinthebidformfrom
the date the bids are opened. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory
Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount and a
MaintenanceBondintheamountequaltofifteenpercent(15%)ofthecontractamount,thereafter,
required on the specified Bond Forms included in the Contract Documents and Waiver of Lien.
TherightisreservedtowaiveanyinformalityintheBid,torejectanyorallBids,andtoacceptany
Bid which is deemed most favorable to the Owner, at the time and under the circumstances
stipulated.
The work in this contract shall be paid for in accordance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage
Act (Act No. 442)
