Chromatography system

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a chromatography system from Bio-Rad Laboratories as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the contractor being the single provider of the goods. The system must be compatible with Cytiva Superdex 75 pg Hiload 26/600, Superdex 75 pg Hiload 16/600, Superdex 200 pg Hiload 26/600 and Superdex 200 pg Hiload 16/600size exclusion columns and Cytiva HisTrap FF 5ml affinity chromatography columns. It must have the ability to select multiple wavelengths, automate flowrate, run time, and eluent gradients via method creation and must not be sensitive to corrosion by salt. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
