CHP SB BID #26C456000 - ROOF MAINTENANCE SERVICES - OAKHURST AREA OFFICE

The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders who are
certified by the Department of General Services (DGS) Office of Small Business and
Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Services (OSDS) as a Small Business (SB) or Micro
Business (MB) to review and respond to the attached Small Business Bid Solicitation (SB
BID) #26C456000 entitled, CHP Oakhurst Area Office - Roof Maintenance Services.
When preparing and submitting a bid, compliance with the instructions found herein is
imperative.

Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP)
Oakhurst Area office, including all detached out buildings, the services described herein:
furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all
taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs
necessary to provide Annual (once yearly) roof maintenance services in accordance with
the terms set forth in this Agreement.
