CHP IFB #26C047000 - Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS) Services - Communications Infrastructure and Support Section (CISS)

The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders to
review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bids (IFB) Number 26C047000 entitled,
¿CHP TELECOMMUNICATIONS SECTION ¿ UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY
MAINTENANCE SERVICES. When preparing and submitting a bid, compliance with the
instructions found herein is imperative.
Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP)
Statewide the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment,
labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees,
and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide scheduled and unscheduled
maintenance of Communications Infrastructure and Support Section (CISS) Uninterruptable
Power Supplies (UPS) services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. The
Contractor understands and acknowledges this Agreement shall not be used for repair
services, and that no repair services shall be done through or charged against this
Agreement. This Agreement shall only be utilized for CHP¿s UPS maintenance services.
