Summary

Purpose: T his solicitation is to establish a contract with a supplier who can provide repairs to 2 of the freezers supporting our food service operations, for the Ohio Department of Youth Services (ODYS) Cuyahoga Hills Juvenile Correctional Facility (CHJCF).

Purpose:
Through our dietary programs, DYS fulfills our responsibility to meet the nutritional needs of each individual youth in our care. To maintain this requirement, CHCJF needs the condensers and evaporators replaced in 2 of their food service freezers, we’ll refer to these freezers as “F2” and “F3” for the remainder of this document.
