Chip Seal (Fall, FY 23-24) in Yavapai County, Arizona ? Project #2322715

The scope of work for this project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures and services required for the placement of a CRS-2P 3/8” chip seal on existing paved roads, and fog sealing of new chip sealed roads within various areas throughout Yavapai County. Total estimated quantity of area to receive a CRS-2P 3/8” chip seal is approximately 469,388 square yards. The total quantity of fog seal coat is estimated at 46,939 gallons. Project locations include: Congress, Forbing Park Area in Prescott, Seligman, Camp Verde, and Cornville. Re-establishing of existing paint striping and markings, where applicable, is also included in this contract and as specified on the plans. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.

There has been a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 25, 2023, hosted by Yavapai County Public Works through an online virtual meeting portal. Detailed meeting instructions will be included in the contract documents. Any questions or concerns about the project will be addressed at that time.
