Chip Seal (Fall, FY 25-26)

(REVISED June 10th, 2025) The scope of work for this project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services required for the placement of a CRS-2P 3/8” chip seal in Cornville, and Cottonwood. Total estimated quantity of areas to receive a CRS-2P 3/8” chip seal and a fog seal coat are approximately 402,147 square yards. Re-establishing of existing paint striping and markings, where applicable, is also included in this contract and as specified on the plans. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents .

There has been a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting scheduled for 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 17, 2025, hosted by Yavapai County Public Works through an online virtual meeting portal.  Detailed meeting instructions will be included in the contract documents.  Any questions or concerns about the project will be addressed at that time.
