REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
Community Health Improvement Plan Evaluation

The City of Lawrence, Massachusetts is seeking proposals from qualified evaluation professionals or firms to lead the evaluation of its Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). The selected contractor will work with the City’s Mayor’s Health Task Force to assess community health progress, equity impacts, and program outcomes. The focus of the CHIP for the purposes of this solicitation, is the creation/continuation of rigorous evaluation and data collection practices that measure progress, community engagement, and equity impacts.

The MHTF’s mission is to “promote healthy equity for all through advocacy, education, capacity-building, and networking.”

The Requests for Proposals may be downloaded at www.cityoflawrence.com/bids .

Proposals from vendors are due at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room #107, Lawrence, MA 01840 on or before 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4 ^th , 2025.

All proposals submitted in response to this Request for Proposals will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Ch. 30B, as established in the RFP.

The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.
