The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, BC Parks (“the Ministry”) is soliciting the services required for the construction of a new parking lot adjacent to the existing east lot, improvements to the west parking lot, and construction of a connecting trail from the existing east lot to the JdF Marine Trail, at the China Beach Trailhead and Juan de Fuca Trailhead parking areas (Juan de Fuca Provincial Park).
