Bids will be due by mail, or hand delivered only to 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 NLT 8:00 AM March 5, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened. 5% Bid Bond is required with all bid submissions over $500K and above. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for successful bidder before contract execution.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
