Informal bids for Chiller Replacement at JW Grier Academy, 8330 Grier Road, Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina will be received by the Owner at 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208. Bids are due by 10:00 AM, on February 2, 2026. The General Contract scope of work entails – Licensed Contractors will be required to provide all permits, documents and fees required by CMS and the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for the completion of this project.
