Terms and Conditions
1. The chiller is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with all faults and without warranty of any kind,
express or implied.
2. BRCC makes no representations regarding the condition, suitability, or fitness of the
equipment for any particular purpose.
3. The successful bidder shall be responsible for all costs associated with loading,
transportation, permits, insurance, and removal of the equipment.
4. Full payment must be received within 10 calendar days of award.
5. The successful bidder must remove the equipment within 30 calendar days after
payment is received.
6. BRCC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid
determined to be in the best interest of the College.
7. Failure of the successful bidder to remit payment or remove the equipment within the
specified time may result in forfeiture of award and award to the next highest responsive
bidder.
