Specifications are on file and may be obtained at the office of the Director of Finance, first floor of the Henderson Municipal Center, 222 First Street, Henderson, Kentucky, 42420. Bids will be accepted in the Office of the Director of Finance, until 1:30 p.m., prevailing local time, on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.

The City of Henderson reserves the right to reject any, and all bids and to waive irregularities in said bids.
