The Wisconsin Department of Health Services’ Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Title V block grant provides funding and support to local and Tribal health agencies and other organizations to improve the health and supporting the well-being of mothers, infants, children, and families.

The purpose of this funding opportunity is to convene an advisory board consisting of parents and family members of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN).

All funding application submissions are due on August 13, 2025, by 11:59 p.m. CDT.
