The Town of Wayland invites sealed general bids for the installation of previously purchased playground equipment, poured in place surfacing, and the construction of a temporary and permanent fencing around the new Children’s Way playground, located at the Happy Hollow Elementary School, Wayland, MA. All IFB documents will be available starting July 27, 2026 by downloading them at www.wayland.ma.us/bids.aspx .

General bids must be submitted in person at the Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778. A bid bond of 5% of the total bid is required for all general bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 30 days.

General bids will be received in person at Wayland Town Hall until August 10, 2026 at 11:00AM.

Massachusetts Prevailing Wage applies for this project. Additional information can be found in the complete IFB documents. The Town of Wayland reserve the right to accept or reject any/all bids and/or waive minor informalities.
