NOTICE TO BIDDERS

TOWN OF MOUNT PLEASANT

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Town Clerk of Mount Pleasant, One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, NY 10595 until 11:00 a.m. on the 25 ^th day of March 8 ^th day of April, 2025, for Children’s Pool Restoration at the Mount Pleasant Town Pool Complex, at which time and place the said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids must be submitted on the Proposal Form provided and enclosed in a sealed envelope.

Bid instructions and specifications may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.

Non-Collusive Bidding Certification and Hold Harmless Statement must be attached to Bid.
