Summary

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 1.2, from a contract between the selected offeror(s) and the Cecil County Health Department (CCHD) to develop and implement the core components of a child and adolescent Target Case Management (TCM) and Care Coordination program in Cecil County.

CCHD intends to obtain goods and services as specified in this RFP from a contract between the selected Offeror and the State.

This is a single award contract will be given to only one contractor following this solicitation.
