Childcare and Workforce Housing CM/GC

The City of Steamboat Springs, CO (or Owner) is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Manager/General Contractors (CM/GC) to provide both preconstruction and construction phase services for the Childcare and Workforce Housing project.  The project is located in West Steamboat Springs, Colorado and is sponsored by the City of Steamboat Springs, Routt County, Colorado Department of Transportation and the State of Colorado Office of Public and Private Partnership.

The project includes:

• Site development across approximately 2.2 acres at 1605 Lincoln Avenue
• Approximately 45,000 GSF of finished space across 4 building levels
• 3 floors of workforce apartments (33 units)
• 1 main level of childcare facilities targeting infant and toddler care (9 classrooms)
