Not-for-profit Child Care Operators Métis Nation British Columbia (MNBC) envisions an Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) system in which Métis children and families throughout British Columbia are provided with culturally relevant, self-empowering ELCC programs and supports that focus on children and families first. MNBC is seeking Not-for-profit Child Care Organizations that have the required resources and experience to provide high-quality, Métis-specific 1 child care programs to support this vision across the lifespan — beginning at birth.
