Description:

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain firm fixed pricing for a comprehensive childcare needs assessment and to provide training to Loudoun County’s childcare providers who are required to participate in the Unified Virginia Quality Birth to Five System (VQB5).

The resulting contract will be funded through funds allocated to the County from the American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”). As such, compliance with additional federal terms and conditions is required.
