The Department of Human Services is interested in contracting with agencies able to provide group home care for Dependent Adolescents ages 13-21.The qualified applicant(s) must have both capacity and demonstrated ability to provide identified services. Only providers licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and capable of delivering services within the state of Pennsylvania need apply. Applicant cannot be a government agency.
