Child Support Process Server Pool

This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino to expand our pool of local and national process servers used in the establishment,  modification, and enforcement of child support orders.

The purpose of the RFP is to expand the pool of process servers used in the establishment, modification and enforcement of child support orders.

Vendors must submit two (2) copies of their proposal:  one (1) complete paper copy with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete electronic copy in pdf format submitted by email. The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP.  Promotional materials may be attached, but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP.  Paper proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked “Mendocino County RFP No. 008-26”, and delivered by 2:00 p.m. March 9, 2026 to:

Late or facsimile proposals will not be accepted.  It is the proposer’s responsibility to assure that its proposal is delivered and received at the location specified herein, on or before the date and hour set.  Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be considered.  Note:  The unauthorized use of the County’s official logo is strictly prohibited.
