Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: Washington County School District
Conducting Procurement Unit: Child Nutrition Services
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract with a qualified contractor to provide a comprehensive School Nutrition Management Software System for 50 school sites. WCSD seeks to replace its legacy environment (PCS Revenue Control: WebPOS/RightNOW, ApplyNow, PayPams, and Nutrikids) with a modern, unified solution.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: 5 years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 60 days to allow for evaluation and contract award.
