Synopsis:
|
|
To solicit proposals from licensed, experienced and qualified child care services provider for the provision of child care services at the Innovation Saskatchewan-Saskatoon Campus.
Provider will play an active role in the design and funding of a new 90 space child care center located in a pre-determined location in the Galleria Building at Innovation Place in Saskatoon.

Attendance at the bidder’s walkthrough is mandatory.
Provider will be a lease holding tenant with the terms of the lease to be negotiated during the 2nd phase of the evaluation process.
Proponent will contribute to overall construction costs through application and award of various grant funding.
Proponent will have input into the design and layout of the child care space, once the design team is engaged through a separate RFP process.
