Bid Synopsis:	The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal to the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) to provide child care resource and referral services each of the eight (8) regions identified. Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agencies are responsible for providing services across four main categories, available to all families and providers, including tribal communities, within their designated service region. The four core service areas are: 1. Referrals and resources for families, providers, and communities 2. Training for child care providers 3. Data collection and continuous improvement 4. Local supports. Questions should be submitted as described in the RFP Document section 1.7. Do not submit questions through eSupplier.
