Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Flag Barge - Sources Sought

This is a Request for Information (RFI) notice with the overal objective of conducting market research in support of preliminary planning for the acquisition of a potential Flag Barge. This RFI seeks to provide industry and interested parties with information that will assist in the understanding of current technical requirements for a potential Flag Barge.
