Project Description: The Chickasaw Neighborhood Sidewalk Repairs project will include replacement of sidewalks and entrances on approximately 10 residential blocks from Cecil Ave to South 35th St, between West Broadway and Garland Ave, near the Shawnee Library. All other subcontractors must be prequalified when accepting subcontracts. Bidder is required to furnish a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid. The Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 4th th, 2024 at 2:00 PM at 444 S 5th St Room 101.
